I reached out to support and never heard anything back. Nothing. I’m still waiting for a reply, which is disappointing

I didn’t expect it to take much of a beating, but I dropped my scope twice during a rocky trip. Somehow it still held zero just fine. My only real gripe is that the caps could feel a little sturdier, but overall it did better than I expected.

It took me a few shots to get it dialed in, but once I made the adjustments it was right on. To be fair, I expected a little tweaking up front, so no complaints there.

I sent my scope in for warranty service and the whole thing dragged on way longer than I expected. The replies I got felt canned, almost like nobody was actually checking on my case, and I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates. After a while, I started wondering if my scope was even being looked at or just sitting somewhere...

I ordered my scope directly from leupold.com and the shipping part was totally fine. It arrived in good shape, mounted up without any drama, and in full daylight the glass looks clear enough and pretty much does what I expected.

The problem for me started once the light dropped. Around dusk, the image got dark quicker than I was hoping, and I had a hard time picking out detail near the tree line. my older and cheaper scope seemed easier to use in that same kind of last-light situation.
I tried reaching out to support to see if maybe I was missing something or if there was an adjustment issue, but I felt like I just got stuck in a loop of basic replies and no real answer. Maybe my expectations were too high, but for the price, I was let down. It’s not awful, just not something I’d rely on for early morning or last light...

I picked up a scope from leupold.com it’s been really good so far. The glass is clear, it feels sturdy, and everything seems well made. The only thing is the price, it was definitely higher than a few other options I looked at, and part of that felt kind of unnecessary. That said, it does feel like quality gear, so I can’t complain too much. Shipping was smooth too. I’d probably buy from them again, especially if there’s a sale.

The glass is decent and overall it looks okay, but the edges are a little soft, like they don’t quite come through as sharp as I expected...

I bought my scope from leupold.com, and overall it does the job just fine. That said, I kind of regret not paying more attention to the turret feel before ordering. The clicks are a little hit or miss and not as crisp as I was expecting, so every now and then I find myself second guessing whether it actually moved the way it should. It does seem to hold zero okay, which is good, but for the price I really wish the turrets felt more solid

so the turrets just didn’t seem to track right for me. I tried using them, but they weren’t lining up the way I expected.

I ordered a scope mount based on the info I found on Leupold’s site, but when I went to put it on my rifle, it just didn’t line up the way I expected. I’ve mounted scopes on a couple of my other rifles without much trouble, so this one was frustrating by comparison. I ended up having to run out and buy different rings locally to get everything sorted. Customer service was fine, but the whole thing still cost me a weekend I was hoping to spend at the range.

The reticle is clear overall, but it just gets a little busy when the light is low.
